Responsibilities

• Assisting the investment team in conducting research and analysis on due diligence topics.
• Helping the investment team in screening and identifying investment opportunities that fits our thesis.
• Managing the deal flow pipeline, including external communications and deal flow analytics.
• Conducting research on Web3 themes and market developments to identify investable startups. 
• Assisting in deal sourcing and identifying startups and founders early on.
• Supporting the investment team and partners in various operational tasks.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Web3/blockchain/crypto or other emerging internet technologies is a must. Previous experience in a blockchain-focused role is a significant advantage. (please highlight this in your cover letter)
• Experience in startups, private equity, venture capital, angel investing, or demonstrable experience in investing in Web3/crypto is a plus.
• Proven research capabilities, showcasing the ability to conduct thorough and effective research.
• Keen commercial insight and analytical ability to quickly assess people, business models, and tech.
• Excellent written and oral skills, demonstrating clear and effective communication.
• Ability to think independently and to form and express own opinions.
